This is a Long Photograph (90 seconds) that I call a fluid still. I have been working on this type of image since the 1990's. I like the challenge of creating even longer pieces - 2 hours or more in length. This is a 2008 skyline of the new Trump Tower, Park Hyatt and of course the Sears Tower.There is no audio with this image.

In the not too distant future we'll have large thin screen (canvas-thin OLEDs) image frames and these ambient video will come into their own. For now it is an 'emergent' area, but here we can play and explore. Good luck with the ambient video group.

Just as constructive criticism here:
I don't see why adding this glowing edges effect to the video is necessary. I like the concept of this long photograph or ambient video movement, but the addition of that effect just distracts me from whatever statement you are trying to make.
