- 6lbs of spareribs brining overnight in 1 cup kosher salt, 1 cup leftover coffee, 1/2 cup mollases, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 6 cups ice/water and a bunch of fresh rosemary. Destined for 10 hours in the smoker over mesquite. Yummm.

Why, yes, that's what it takes to keep a family of four fed and happy -- we take our lunches to work and we eat real, homemade dinner (or leftovers) at home at least 6.5 days out of 7.
It is a very happy fridge.

brings to mind sam shephard's "curse of the starving class" -- ever see it? the production i saw had a similarly awesome fridge with nothing but artichokes in it.
