Wollmeise purple blanket again

 

Eleven friends collaborated to knit a blanket from purple Wollmeise yarns for a friend who is having a baby. We knitted in strips of cable or gansey patterns, and one aberrant strip of lace. Her favourite colour? Purple, of course.
