On the way to Flagstaff and then to the Canyon. The original is a slide which one day I will find and rescan. This was scanned on my first scanner with little resolution. In 2006, I converted it to black and white which made it much more dramatic. A polarizer was used on a 28mm lens. Nikon FM. It was very cold, near zero.

I got tired of looking at that big shrimp photo after a week, so I found some shots I took ten years ago. This was taken during a snowstorm. Like an idiot, I actually drove up to Adrian, Michigan on backroads to take shots of barns. It snowed about 16 inches that day.

I saturated this in Photoshop, but I wish I had saved the original. It's the old car that makes it interesting.

Here is a photo of Nancy holding a huge shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico. I wanted my Flickr friend Bjorn to see this. These things weigh about 4 oz each. And they are very tasty.

I am getting ready to start my vegan diet tomorrow. Can't eat anything with a face on it. I guess I could still eat this shrimp when they come headless like this. LOL
