" a family portrait / availablelightportrait ":Not one of my
typical posts - I used Kodak Kodachrome 64 with Pentax LX in 1992 to
capture this portrait. My late dad reading a bedtime / bed time / story to his granddaughter
in Tehran, Iran. I am thankful to him and my mom for supporting my
sometimes expensive hobby (photography) while growing up in Iran and
encouraging me since the age of 8 (1952). For the best results, please view this availablelightportrait on

So beautiful. So touching. If you don't mind me saying it reminds me of Charlie and his Grandad in the film "Charlie and the Chocolate factory." A beautiful capture. What a nice memory to have of your dad.
Awesome capture! I am always looking for grandfathers and granddaughters to take photos to! I think there is something special in this punctual relationship. If you want take a look for my version of a grandfather teaching his granddaughter to walk!
