Photography Equipment

Photography Equipment stays in the garage, so that loading the vehicle is an easy task.

The rack that everything is on is made of 8 ft 2x4s and 3/4 inch plywood. Basically screwed together with wood screws and placed between the car stalls. It is 8ft wide and 3ft deep.

    Top shelf (left to right)

    Props

    8x10 Twist-flex backdrop

24x10 Muslin backdrop (attached to the handle of the duffel bag are several 99 cent spring clamps, useful for all manner of things photography)
8x10 wood mounted canvas backdrops (x4)

    Next shelf (left to right)
    10x10 Silver canopy (x3)
    10x10 Blue canopy
Shower Caddy (x5) (Curiously, these shower caddies are the perfect size to hold misc paperwork and works as a catch-all for other random objects so that the don't get lost on location)
Each Caddy contains one roll of gaffer tape and two 4in HandiClamps
Behind the caddies is a Megaphone
    Props
    25ft industrial extension cord w/three outlets (x4)

    Next shelf (left to right)
    10x10 White canopy (x4)
    10x10 white scrimm (x8)
    Canopy stakes (x8)
    Slating kits (x6)

    Next shelf (left to right)
    GPS 3 step x 12' portable posing risers (x2)
These allow portraits of large groups. Each step will hold 12 people (give or take). Using both sets of risers joined together, in addition to the benches and the posing stools shown it is possible to do an on location group portrait of 168 people at once. The max I have done is 94 people at once using both sets of risers joined together.
    Posing stools (x6)
REI Roll up camping table (x8)

On the floor is the rest of the parts to the risers, in addition to more boxes of frames and other 'upgrade' items

To the right of the shelf
    6ft folding table (x3)
    5ft folding Posing Bench (x2)
    3ft folding table

If you want to see how most of this stuff is used, I posted a typical location setup here:
