I have a serious problem with dry lips, and I tend to peel the dead skin off without realizing it, until there's blood everywhere. I have a photo of my lips before I dabbed them off, but I don't really like it right now. but maybe later.

Just wanted to say hello, and wish everyone a happy new year and I guess update some for anyone who still remembers me ;)

Spring Semester starts on Monday, my 8th semester in college, ridiculous! It'll be a hard one, photo 2, german 2, sculpture, irish literature, and art history- documentary film and photo. oy. I'm also trying to find a job so I can go on this NYC trip with my school and take a photo class during the summer, so fingers crossed :)

again, I've got a photo blog I'll update with my photography during the term and a more general art blog that I use for my ramblings during school. I've got a personal tumblr, that's full of doctor who right now...but ask me for that one :)

I'm around, lurking through your photos even though I don't say much. I'll be back though I bet. :)

THIS is my photo blog. as soon as I get my final prints back from my professor I'll be scanning them in and uploading them. Flickr isn't much use for me right now, so I'm on tumblr more.

Hi

I had not done anything weird in a while, so I grabbed a needle and thread.

The semester is almost over, so that's nice. I'm going to miss the darkroom something fierce though. But only a few weeks and I'll be right back in it. :)

I'm starting to think more when I make pictures, which is nice. and I like the idea of the sewn up body as a sort of metaphor for the "pieced together" or "patchwork" sense of self.
