Destination Cebu
A sailboat approaches the coast of Cebu province, Philippines. While at noontime, the seas turn rough, most of the snorkeling activities become difficult as well -- but just as the fortune changes for some people, a makeshift sailboat can now sail westward -- to Cebu.
