So my camera sensor is gunked up and I can't take pics until I get it cleaned tomorrow so I've been playing with creating Holga effects in Photoshop.

I was gonna say, wait a min. that's not his photo!! I want to look into this Holga effect myself. I like it so far...what's the difference between this and lomo effect?

The statue is a 25ft high recreation of Alfred Eisenstaedt's "The Kiss" situated at the Midway Museum in San Diego. It's pretty cool to go and see.
The Lomo and Holga were different types of camera, the Holga was a really cheap plastic medium format 'toy' camera that came out of Hong Kong.
The Lomo was a little sturdier, made mostly of metal and came out of Russia. There were a few different versions of the Lomo. Both were known for quality issues and light leaks but, the resulting images really do have an artistic quality about them.
They are trick yto get a hold of these days.
