Springtime wallpaper

    This is from last year, a little taste of what will soon be here.

    Sorry I haven't been visiting or commenting much recently. Some of my Flickr friends may remember in early December I mentioned a medical problem I had with my legs, and at the time I was taking antibiotics. The antibiotics didn't solve the problem, and since then I've been prescribed various treatments and now I'm back on another longer course of antibiotics which I think may be working this time. At times the legs have been very painful, in particular when sitting at the computer, and I've spent a lot of time laying down to ease the pain. I've also been unable to get out and take any new photos for the past few weeks, which is annoying as I'm sure there are some great coastal shots I've missed. With luck I should be back to normal in a few days, and will visit and comment more often than I have been.

      So sorry to hear you have been in so much pain. I hope by now you are feeling much better. This lovely picture of daffodils should cheer you up just by looking at it. I think yellow is such a cheery colour.

      Thanks all for your very kind comments. I'm just coming to the end of the 2nd course of antibiotics, which was a 10 day course - just 3 more doses the last being tomorrow morning. So far things seem pretty good, the pain has decreased greatly, more just a little discomfort now, and I'm feeling positive that this time it has worked.

      thanks Paul, there's a few daffs and other flowers appearing around here too, and yesterday I managed to get over to Eden and there were quite a few there too, and the biggest flower in the world - that's why I went!
