    it's a uncompleted community and i really don't know why it been abandoned.
    the location is between Ln. 290 and 230, Diaohe St., Zhongzheng Dist., Keelung City.
    you guys can search on google map :) and it has been dismantled.

      Here it is in Google maps. You can also switch to Street View to see it from the ground level.

      But it seems Street View is not updated. According to comments above and Google Satellite, the building is already been demolished.

      I was there in October, took a taxi from Ruifang train station, but driver didnt know anything about abandoned place.. I tried to look for it around Tiaohe street and Lane 290, but it was probably already demolished... this time, workers did their job fast, sadly..
