The basic Neopolitan ''Pizza Margherita''. It is just a pizza crust with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese and basil leaf topping.
The pizza is brushed down with a roasted garlic and pepperoncino olive oil.
This is the pizza fresh out of the oven.
