Oh boy, these shots were flat as hell in the straight scans. The lighting was not as good as I anticipated, but they responded well in post. Again, loving the fullness of colour that Ektar is capable of.

Yep, pretty sure I'm not dreaming, and neither are you, I have indeed risen from the dead. Ok, so this was shot about 6 months ago but it still counts, right? Definitely more recent stuff to come after Christmas.

First image in my Fallen series to be shot with the Hassy. Not half bad, if I do say so myself.

Been a while since I used any Ektar (been a while since I did much shooting really), and I'd forgotten how nice it was. As fine grained as any slide, I'd argue. I do often find that I need to dial the saturation down though and alter the RGB curves to remove some of the warmth; it comes on too strong sometimes.

Hurray! New Hasselblad shots! Finally got the old girl shooting again after an extended hiatus, for which I apologise. School and exams have held me back, but it was all worth it I suppose because I got into my first university choice! Off to start my Geology degree next month.

I've got a few more Summer Hassy shots up my sleeve; the slides are a bit more time consuming in post, but they are worth it. Lovely bit of Provia here, one of my favourites.
EDIT: Slight dithering in the sky is bugging me. Damn scanner.

In the absence of anything better to post at the moment, here's a humble offering before my (hopefully better) Hasselblad shots get devved/scanned.
Distortion? Check
Stitching errors? Check
Certainly far from perfect, but it's been a long time since the 40D was used (and indeed since I last used Photoshop). The depressing lack of uploads on my behalf here has prompted me to upload the closest thing at hand. At least it's current; these were taken just a few days ago at Chesil Beach, Dorset.
