This is a large bright abstract that has been printed on the cotton/silk. I've flipped the fabric partially to show some of the back.

Designs with black in them do pretty well with bringing the design through to the back. It is softer but still obvious.

This is a highly saturated design and it shows through to some degree to the back of the cotton/silk.

This photo is to demonstrate the amount of design showing on the back of cotton/silk. The Spoonflower forum has a thread regarding the design showing on the back of the printing and I've posted these to assist those that are planning on designing on the silk. Highly saturated designs do show through somewhat. The silk side of the cotton/silk is on the left side of the photo and the cotton side is on the right. I flipped the fabric partially so that some of the back would show.

This design is a large fractal that covers most of the yard. The circular swirls and the dark strips show through to the back. The cotton side of the print is on the left and the silk side of the print is on the right. The design was printed to the cotton/silk.
