Likely a cross between pumpkin and Hubbard
squash, these are the most delicious and the
least stringy of the pumpkin types. Great for
pies, and they make a killer soup with curry
spices.

yeah, I've never seen these type of pumpkins, either until this. But then this past weekend, I saw some of them down here in Georgia, too.
