I'm still going through the archives and came up with this sunflower from last fall, just a bright and cheery photo for a dull and dreary day.

While working on my website photosbysylvia.zenfolio.com/ I have been finding a lot of photos in my archives that I have not posted. Here is one of a Pine Siskin I took last winter but never posted.

Posting another of my London photos tonight as I just found out a few hours ago my son is flying in from there tomorrow. It was a very last minute trip as his grandfather (my ex father-in-law) passed away today 24 hours after his uncle's (my ex-brother-in-law) funeral. Although it is sad time for my boys, it is a happy time for me. I get to see my son.

I have now been on flickr much lately as I have been busy setting up a zenfolio web site as well as a facebook page. I now have both sites up and running but they both still need a lot of work and attention so will probably be devoting more of my time there for the next while

I bought this necklace when I was in Mexico a couple years ago. It was made by one of the locals from the Mayan village we visited. They would make these and other tourist trinkets for sale to make thier living.
