I just returned from a canoe trip in the Experimental Lakes Area. This is taken from a canoe in the bay in which we were camped.

Post-processed in Photomatix Pro to form a three-image HDR, then converted to grayscale and un-distorted in Photoshop.

I was interested by the way the light was falling on this twisted poplar, especially in relation to the three redwoods on the left.
