The name plate from an old SUNSHINE harvester in the town of Wickepin WA…
Originally started off by Hugh Victor Mckay in the late 1800's the Sunshine harvester Co from Victoria exported these machines as far away as Sth Africa… The company at one stage employed 3000 workers in Australia… Sold off to Massey Ferguson and other companies it ceased to trading by the 1980's !!! Bit of triv for ya...
