Vegan "sushi" cupcake
Happy Birthday to Andrew!
This "japanese style" cupcake is the basic yellow cake from
Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World with the "butter cream"
frosting, both flavored with coconut extract. The "rice" is
coconut, the "fish" are swedish, the "wasabi" is
marzipan, and don't eat the plastic grass.

OH YEAH! Once again Deirdre Jean, you really take the cake! That is the cutest freaking thing. I don't like real sushi (even the vegan kind) - but I love swedish fish! this is the best looking sushi ever!

the first thing it reminded me of was this trendy japanese shop i read about that sells what appears to be fast food (like fries and burgers) but is in fact all made of dessert. regardless, i am craving this cupcake!
