Anybody know of a pattern for this top?

I re-pinned this, but the original link is dead (it was a flickr link). I love this top and would like to make it! Does anybody know if this is a commercially available pattern or know of a similar pattern?

Color Affection Scarf

So bummed that I didn't even think about swatching. Instead of being 22" deep in the middle, it's 12"!! But the length is correct.
The yarn is the most amazing, luscious experience though! And the Plucky Knitter colors are divine!
