The most-fortunate mistress of the house demonstrates the top of the 13ft ladder approach.

A short deck leads to an elfin-sized door...actually a score from our local Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Here is the roughed in interior. We will add updated photos after we insulate--the rest will be secret!

The front view sports a railing donated by our community theater. It was once on Captain Hook's ship!

The approach side, as well as its opposite, have working windows, castaways from a house remodel.

The tree structure lent itself beautifully to the rough ladder design.
