The newest "ad" at the nbc HEROES site is a promo for Season 3's "Villains". And when you click on the image at the site, it leads you to this video, with the same "tagline" seen in the image:

Heroes Returns!
In every Hero, there could be a Villain. Heroes returns this Fall!

Note: The actual vid has varied over time only at the end as the HEROES Villains logo has evolved - and the main differences are shown here and there.
