Villa Piccolino

A tiny place on Puget Island, Wa.
The older I get the more I value land VS house...this was charming. Plenty of room for a canoe and hammock! I named it Villa Piccolino; sounds perfect.

And also the pic for "charming". I feel my blood pressure going even lower when I look at this beautiful little place.

Without the flowers, this place would look rather sad. Btw, years ago I helped my Dad build a play house for my girls that looked very much like this.

My kind of place. In the 24 years we've been together, the biggest place we've been in was 850 sq. ft, the smallest 320, and the current a tad over 700. We've spent a fair bit of time living on workboats, too. They're trying to market this place as a retirement area for empty nesters, and yet the builders are putting up 3500 sq. ft homes. "Perfect for the retiring couple who've been together for forty years, and are heartily sick of the sight of each other."

So rustic and charming, and in Vancouver BC worth at least 250,000.
