Nice place to have a drink and chitchat, and enjoy some casual entertainment (see video next).

Another popular spot just outside the dining room on Deck 4, the Rendezvous Lounge, also offered live music and dancing. We would usually stop here after dinner to listen to some music before going to the theatre. It was one of our favourite places.

I couldn't end this tour of our cruise ship without a few shots of some of the lounges and bars. There are many of them, too many, it seems, even to count. Some, like this one, the Constellation Lounge on deck 11, is huge; it has a dance floor and features live music in the evening.

This place was closed more than half the time and when it was open, it was rarely crowded. The irregular hours had to do with Chile's archaic gambling laws that do not allow cruise ships to open their gaming facilities when sailing in the country's territorial waters. This is about to change though, but on this cruise, it was still the law. We didn't miss it, but it still felt strange because on other cruises that I've been on, the casino was always the most popular spot on the ship.
