Thanks, yes Julian I am very happy with these photo`s I took today. I spent nearly 6 hours waiting and watching.The portable bird hide I have bought is certainly paying off. I have set some perches up at another location today,so I will be going back and checking to see if the kingfishers will use them.
You can see now why I was pissed off with the photo I posted the other day.

Great shot. Colorful little guy. The Kingfishers around me aren't that colorful.

Sky Snapper,kingfishers are not very colourful,its the sunlight that brings out the colours in them.
