What a beautiful day! It's weather like this that makes me feel that spring is on the way! I went for a really enjoyable 3 mile run at lunchtime, along the Thames and through Kew. I finished with a loop of the lake at work.

I am branching out with my breakfast! This morning I had a 2 egg omlette with a big dollop of cottage cheese. Bloody lovely. I'll have the same tomorrow, but I'll add some forest fruits as well.

A beautiful sunset this evening. I took this on my iPhone as I cycled home from work. I'm really enjoying cycling again at the moment.

Pub quiz night!

I went to possibly the hardest spinning class I have ever done. At the end there were two massive puddles of sweat on the floor by my bike - brilliant! But... life is all about balance, so I restored the yin and yang by drinking wine in the pub.

I broke my skull! Wail!

I bought this to go on our shelves in the sitting room. As I got on the bus, the bag swung into the door and it broke. It didn't even make it home in one piece.

Mr W is going to glue it back together, and as he rightly pointed out, skulls are meant to have lines and joins in them.
