I bought these little tiles when I was in Seville last month. They're propped up on the fireplace in the sitting room. One for him, one for me.

I went for a lovely run at lunchtime - the sun was shining, and I ran up the river. Gorgeous. And, even better I finally got some pace back and averaged 7.35 minute miling. I can go faster, but I'm pleased with that for now :-)

Finally, the end of the worst training course I have ever been on! Sarah and I celebrated by sharing a bottle of wine at The Ebury in Pimlico.

The birthday celebrations continued today with a delicious Sunday roast with family. It was so cold when we got home that we lit a fire - Chester installed himself in front of it and spent the evening there.

(In other news, Mr W ran 16.5 miles on Sunday morning. I am so proud of him!)
