My desk at work v2 (mobile)

    Here is the second in the series of my desk at work. As you can see i'm now utterly surrounded by radiation producing PC monitors. Yep that is a Macbook Pro too if you're asking.

      Good grief. At least at work where we are forced to use PC's, we have the luxury of LCD's. Forcing people to keep those mammoth CRT's on their desks is ridiculous. :)

      Two of those "mammoth CRTs" are mine, I rather like them and wouldn't swap them for LCDs under any circumstances!

      is that cause of cost or because desposing of CRT's improperly is harmfull to the invrionment?

      Yeah but the power usage of said CRTs has to be worse.

      Neither - it's because I prefer CRTs to LCDs, simple as... ;)

      Unfortunately, the most radiation comes out of a CRT monitor at the back. So that's the worst place to sit. Sorry to be unhelpful. :-)
