      Hi ibikotten- I was wondering if I could ask you about the fit of these pants. I made some for my son but they will not stay up on him- they fall down in the back. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for any help!

      maybe the rubber is too loose? what I like about these pants is that they can pull them on and off by themselves without having to use the buttons at all.
      my problem with them is that the two "wings" - the inner part of the closure - sort of slide out on the sides. I think next time I might add pockets to help them stay tucked in.

      Yes- you know that might be right- I used a new kind of elastic and it didn't seem to have as much strength. The pattern is adorable but mine may need a couple of adjustments too. Thank you!
