one of my favorite side dishes (cheongpomuk muchim) - mung bean jelly seasoned with soy sauce, green onions and red pepper flakes. i prefer acorn jelly (dotorimuk) for it's nutty flavor but i rarely see it in restaurants.

    my favorite! i had korean dinner last night but sadly, this wasn't served. they did have something similar that was slightly darker in color and wasn't as gelationous...maybe it was acorn jelly? dunno but i still like my mook..hehhe
