saturday morning breakfast

    there was nothing nutritious about it, but this doughnut from the little bakery in my neighborhood was pretty much the perfect way to start my saturday. reminded me of my mom's fried dough with cinnamon + sugar.

      a pretty window and a beautiful countertop. i'd say you've found an excellent flat! (and about that donut - donuts are a traditional hanukkah food - and today is the first day of hanukkah. so you could say it's in celebration. if you're looking for a reason.)
