Finally my 365 journey has ended. It's been a tough project, and in many ways I feel like I'm stumbling through the finish line. When I started this thing, I told myself that I was gonna rock each and everyday of this and that I wouldn't let complacency creep its way in. Unfortunately that didn't last very long and I threw some real shit up a lot of days. Don't' get me wrong. There are some images that I'm really proud of. But man, a lot of the pics up there are just lazy and awful.
The one main thing that that I had hoped to get out of this was an improvement in my photography skill set. I would say that I have definitely grown from this whole experience. While quality was surely compromised at times, just the sheer fact that this project forced me to try new things has broadened my horizon. I'm able to see light in a new way, and I've certainly become much more in tuned with the intricacies of my cameras.
I can safely say that I probably will never attempt another 365 project again. In retrospect, it's been a great thing for me, and it's really gonna feel weird tomorrow when I realize that I don't have to take a picture to represent the day. I'll miss some aspects of the project. But never enough for another go round :)
The End.
PS - One last strobist info for the project:
