Sarah Palin, Governor of Alaska
Sarah Palin, current - but at the time this photo was taken, future - Governor of Alaska marches in the Chugiak July 4 Parade. She was gladhandling the crowd, and didn't seem to notice the guy with the huge telephoto lens following her for about 400 feet along the parade route. Then she looked up and noticed me, flashing me the look above.

Wow, who knew it would cascade as far as it has? She has already turned the country on its ear for presumptive pundits and couched critics. So quick of criticize.

I love how this shot has been co-opted into the bikini gun chick shot and Larry King showed it on air gasping, " is this real?"
But we know, don't we? It is this shot that was used on so many photoshopped hybrids.

Obama has been a senator for almost 4 years and has been running for President for the last 2 years. So lets see he basically has done nothing as a politician or executive.

KTUU reported that Wooten’s personnel file, which was released at his request, showed that Palin and her husband, Todd, filed an unspecified number of complaints against him during the custody case. Court documents included an e-mail that Sarah Palin sent as a private citizen to the director of the troopers division in August 2005, accusing Wooten of drinking in his patrol car, “illegal hunting techniques,” firing a Taser at his young stepson and threatening to kill her father.
Both Palins were interviewed by state troopers as part of an internal investigation, which dismissed many of the complaints. Wooten was, however, suspended for 10 days for shooting a moose and using the Taser on his stepson, a suspension that Monegan later reduced to five days.
The Tropper used a taser on his step son and still has a job because of Commissioner Walt Monegan! Is there anyone here who doesn't think the trooper should have been fired for that? And if Commissioner Walt Monegan allows this type of behavior from his troopers he should have been fired!

Sarah Palin supports independence for Alaska and was a member of the Alaskan Independence Party (motto Alaska First), which believes that the vote which led to the state joining the USA was corrupt and wants a re-run with the aim of total independence. When she manages to achieve this, will she become President of Alaska? And when subsequently the Russians march in to an independent Alask (as they have done in South Ossettia in an independent Georgia), will the USA or NATO do anything?
