In front of the Old St.Louis Courthouse where the Dred Scott case was
first brought to trial. The case went to the US Supreme Court which
ruled Scott was not a man, but a piece of property, and had no rights
under the Constitution. The fallout from this decision is often cited
as the start of the US Civil War.

Spectacular photo.
Admit I'm surprised at the "Delete Me's" shtick -- never would have occurred to me. Clever alright, but it boils down to wordplay to see which sixth grader is the grossest. Photography? Nothing to do with it.
