What have I been up to... well, just busy with work, personal projects, and with pondering the meaning of life... i.e., my usual self.
Backlogged on all kinds of communication, as always, but maybe it's time to accept and forgive myself for being the most asocial person in the world.

Anyway, now please notice Pia's necklace in my hair.
I saw it over at beautiful Pia's photostream a while back and I verbally envied her for having it as a prop. And then Pia surprised me with an offer to mail it to me so I can take a picture with it. I thought that was just soo sweet :-) And so cool in some random, magical, surreal kind of way.
So I had it for a few months here, and being the perfectionist that I am, I wasn't pleased with any of the hundreds of photos I took... I guess I couldn't get excited about the piece as a necklace. It felt good in my hair, it felt good as a bracelet but why oh why was it eluding my neck? Who knows, but I finally gave in and here is the result.
