Thanks mate, I liked the "leaning
back" perspective it gives it, though I
have another shot I should post for
comparison, where the lines are straight. I
could see myself doing more night shots,
they're fun to set up when you aren't being
interrupted by guards all the time ;-)

Excellent shot.
I'd heard that security are bothered by tropods, but I didn't get told to move on. Strange. Maybe it's an SLR thing?

Why wasn't the security happy?

I think they wanted to make sure we weren't taking unauthorised publicity shots.

Wow. Very nice. I like how the lights flood the composition. =)

The range of colours in the windows is really something.
MindSpigot (94 months ago | reply)
Great stuff, the wide angle distortion really pulls you into the pic.

I was there last night and was told that my slr was too professional as well
I wasn't told to move on but I didn't have a tripod anyway so I could do this kind of shot

nice reflection, and nice work keeping the two big white lights on the side form being over exposed.
Is there a war against tripods or terrorism? I'm not really sure anymore. Certainly enough CCTV watching us all.
