The "Battery Museum"
My trip to the "Battery Museum" today. (It's three shelves inside Future Music on York Blvd in LA)
When I walked in the place was dark and empty. Two young guys smoking at the doorway, another older guy half asleep in a lounge chair, the place filled with dusty old synths and other decaying music gear - nothing made after like 1990. I walked up to the battery display and said "awesome museum!" The older guy lit up and talked about his battery collection for like 20 minutes. Should have filmed it, it was great.
