The wind was blowing way too hard and my tripod wouldn't hold steady. So I was about to give up when, luck would have it, a sailboat shot through my frame. This is a 2 second exposure, taken after the sun had set, from the end of the Berkeley Pier. It's not technically perfect, but I sorta like the end result. It captures a moment in time.
