Org chart for this engagement. Here is a short bio of each team member:

1. Myself: As an Engagement Manager, I am responsible for the Project Management and Project Leadership.

2. Matt Fullbrook: Matt has been Manager of the Clarkson Centre for Business Ethics and Board Effectiveness (CCBE) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto since 2003. The CCBE is best known for its annual corporate governance ratings, and contributions to the Globe and Mail’s annual Board Games report. In the last quarter of 2007, the Centre began investigations into corporate governance in small- and medium-sized Canadian firms, as well as family-run businesses.

3. Tara Shanahan: Tara is a Graduate of Richard Ivey School of Business, Honours Business Administration (HBA), Graduated with Distinction. Currently working with Maple Leaf Foods in Management Trainee Program.

4. Dan Moro: Dan is currently working with Maple Leaf Foods in Management Trainee Program.

5. Vasudha Tanksali: MBA, Indian Institute Of Management (IIT). Market Researcher.

6. Nicoletta Stefou: MBA, Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently working as a buyer for Maple Leaf Food.

7. Andrew D'Souza: Andrew currently works in project management at General Electric, where he is responsible for a portfolio of software systems, services, and consulting projects. Prior to that, Andrew worked in system design/application engineering. Andrew has managed projects in the areas of: Consulting (Sales/Marketing), International Business Expansion, Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and Business Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) degree from Ryerson University.

8. Pavan Konanur: Pavan works as a brand manager at Unilever.

9. Louella D'Souza: Louella works in IT Industry.
