   You know, at first I thought the mustard contingency was just being silly ... but looking at that middle layer of icing, I'm adding myself to their number. GROSS.

   That middle layer is lemon filling, and you can thank the magic of egg yolks for that yellow icing!

    Okay, I like egg yolks (and whites, I don't discriminate), but that's an awful lot of egg yolk to give the icing that colour, and this is supposed to be a dessert? Yuck!

    'White Wonder Cake'? It'd be a wonder if anyone would actually eat it!
