Two Monks

I liked the color rendering by the nikkor 24-70, and the general composition in this shot. I tried and got some tighter shots, but I think that this works better. PLease note the anti-clockwise swastikas that is hallmark of Bon. The monk on the left whispering something to the one on the right helps too.

Trumpets

At the Cham Dance, Menri Monastery, Dolanji. Those little drops are composed almost entirely of spittle from the mouths of the men with the mighty lungs who actually play these instruments.
