A view of The Support Center for Reconstructing Damaged Houses
(CARMEN) in the Fort Nationale neighborhood of Port au Prince. CARMEN,
supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the
Haitian Government has, since its inception eight months ago, helped
over a thousand Haitian families rebuild their homes damaged in the
January 12, 2010 earthquake.
