Engineers inspect reconstruction work being done on a home by
beneficiaries of construction training and materials provided by The
Support Center for Reconstructing Damaged Houses (CARMEN). CARMEN
supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the
Haitian Government has, since its inception eight months ago, helped
over a thousand Haitian families rebuild their homes damaged in the
January 12, 2010 earthquake.
