What a cute creature, Nancy! Sure made me smile on this bitterly cold day! I SO want to go and see if I can find either the Black-backed Woodpecker or the Three-toed Woodpecker (or maybe even both!) again this afternoon, but I need to get a few things done before I see my daughter from Vancouver tomorrow, and anyway it is SO cold out there again. Makes taking photos a real misery - gloves HAVE to be removed.
