This Ecureuil is seen departing the temporary helipad at the Lauberhorn skiing area after taking on a load of passengers, visiting due to the men's world cup downhill race happening this weekend. The mountain in the shadow visible in the background is the world-renowned Eiger Northface.

Air Glaciers was one of many helicopter operators flying all weekend up here in the Swiss Alps, transporting equipment and passengers to approx. 2200m ASL for the annual Lauberhorn / Wengen men's world cup downhill race. This classic Alouette is seen approaching the temporary helipad in a steep turn to pick up another load of people after the race, flying them down to Lauterbrunnen.
