Been away for awhile. Life has been ridiculous over the last 4-5 months. Non-stop negative things flying our way. There has been no getting outdoors and very little photography happening.

Gracie has been quite upset and bored by this fact.

Starting to feel the change outside. Hoping I can find my way back outdoors and regain some calm and peace that can only be achieved through nature.

It has been years since I have been to Peacock Lane. Not quite the same as childhood, but held it's own.
Life has been...well...overwhelming as of late. It was good to do something for myself and get out with my camera. Hope everyone is doing well.

As soon as we received our toll violation, we headed to Chinatown. Don't ask me how I didn't know...we don't have tolls on our bridges and I rarely carry cash (much to my mother's dismay).

Chinatown is full of life, color and smells. Good times.

And the shopping...a girl can never have too many pashminas... :-)

This was as much as the Foggy Gate wanted to show us all trip (or at least the times I could get to the water).

We had a good trip to SF, but wow it was colder than I expected. Such a varying difference depending on where you were in the city. Too hot in Chinatown, windy at the Bay, and too cold up on the high streets!

We are in the bay area for my cousin's wedding and trying to fit as much in as possible. This structure in the Presidio was quite impressive. I have yet to get a good view of the Golden Gate bridge due to all the fog.

Oh, and Californians apparently ignore all traffic laws/signs.
