I've finally graduated high school, and thought I needed a shot of the tassel and hat, so this is what I got. Not an overly creative shot, but it sums up the last 13 years of schooling well.

I'm still trying my hand at self portraits, and have got a lot better at telling what's in the frame when I am on the other side of the lens. I ran out between rain storms and got as many shots as I could. The lighting was so good, because it was so overcast, so I'm pretty happy with the result ...

I definitely take too many photos of flowers. When I google "flower quotes", I've used all the top hits for another photo. Wow. Anyways, this is an older flower shot that I finally got around to posting it ...

Summer is finally here! We have had a few amazing sunny days and I am thoroughly enjoying every second and hoping it doesn't fade too soon. Still enjoying shooting all the new flowers that we brought home! I technically didn't turn this photo upside down, but I did rotate it 90 degrees and I just love that song ... ;)
