Dreambook - AugustABS

polymer clay covers dusted w/ pearl-ex copper powders & 'antiqued' with acrylics - experimented with another "sealer" - i rubbed beeswax on to the covers & buffed. covers the plastic smell & gives a nice sheen - not sure how well it'll hold up though :)

I also used a little word tile made by ceramic artist Melanie at Earthenwood Studio

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called Art Bead Scene, and we'd love to have your photo added to the group.

The challenge this month is a Midsummer's Night Dream and your journal using Melanie's bead fits the requirements. The deadline is August 31st.

That's gorgeous! I love handmade books, and I love polymer clay; this is a beautiful merging of the two :)
