July 2009. As Henri Cartier-Bresson said once: "The photographic shot is one of my sketchpads". And it was the same for me at that only moment.

I used my Nikon F90x film camera with Nikkor 50mm lens. I shoot on Ilford FP4 film and later developed it self but however I don't remember details.

July 2009. This photograph is made fast 2 years ago. Since that I've returned to that city and place 2 times more. Two times more I've made a rest at these steps.
So many things and people have changed I my life since that very first time, but resting on these steps I understood how inconsiderable a regular person's life is. No matter either this life is full of wishes and passions, or it consists of indifference and humility. Usually it doesn't matter, because you will pass away and all that you know now will also pass away but these steps will exist right here as they are now.

It is my lens hood in the corners, it's just not appropriate for this 50mm lens, but I don't care about it with this photograph. I have done film development by myself, but now I don't remember details of course.
