      A true Margarita is tequila, triple sec and lie juice, shake with ice. It is strained into a chilled glass that has been rimmed with salt. Hence, no ice in the glass, but it's cold.

      Dog, actually there is a good reason not to put ice cubes in a cocktail glass--the ice makes is spill as you drink it. Hence an up glass and a rocks glass.

      And there is a time and a place for frozen margaritas and other frozen drinks. But not right now, at least in Chicago.
