It was about time to start replacing my profile pic all around the web. I loved my bearded days, but folks seeing me on Twitter or through email and chat seem to think me more hirsute than I am in reality.
Of course I haven't used that ol' pic here in ages. But I figured I'd make the change across the board :-)
The third course at Meddle (and my other favorite): goat sausage, a little piece of goat tenderloin (I think), juniper berries, goat curd, carrot, pickled dates, and baharat.
The second (and one of my favorite) course at Meddle: soft egg on a nest of fried parsnip with dried mustard greens, pickled mustard seed, crispy chicken skin, granny smith apple sticks and chicken glacé.
